Our organizers have and continue to work tirelessly planning this event and we know it’s going to be a one-of-a-kind occasion. Since this is an invitational sale, you may have already received an email in regards to consigning. The forms that will be/have been sent by email are also available below. We want you to be successful and have the best time at this event, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions or special requests. 2024 Consignment Nomination Form Due
Consignment form and applicable fees are due.
July 15, 2024
Consignment Details Form Due
Along with this form, we need NKR pedigrees and photos of each consignment by this date in order to ensure timely production of the catalog. All consignments must be DNA verified by this date so get your DNA out early!
October 10, 2024
Deadline for making hotel reservations at the CKC special rate!
This date is no less important. Because Asheville, NC is such a popular tourist location, especially at this time of the year, hotel rates can be high. We have made arrangements for consignors and guest to receive special discounted rates. Please make this a priority as our host hotel has only allotted us a specific number of rooms.
Thursday, October 31, 2024, 10am - 6pm and Friday, November 01, 2024, 8am - 3pm
Consignment Registration/Unloading
Consignors can unload goats at the facility at these times. If other arrangements need to be made please contact Tracy Loyd at 336-366-9202

We will gather together prior to the sale briefly to go over any last minute information, ask and answer questions, etc. Please be prepared to attend this short meeting. We will meet at the venue at an announced location.
